SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS

A specialised class that focuses on these two areas whilst still working your legs.  This class does not include upper body work.


REGULAR MIX ON THE POWER PLATE®
A MORE ADVANCED CLASS

Interval training, 2 or 3 minutes continuous fast moves mixed with balance or slower moves.


POWER-BOXING ON THE POWER PLATE®
A MORE ADVANCED CLASS

An energetic workout that adapts moves from kick-boxing onto the power plate. Increases your heart rate and burns maximum calories.
